Never Make Any Decisions When You're Angry,
Never Make Any Promises When You're Happy.
Why?!
Because, When you're angry, you never think about what is coming out from your mind & your mouth.
2ndly, When you're happy, you tend to over-promise which means, mostly likely you will forget what you have promised which leads to broken promises.
